This video is a review of 3 Verizon phones for hearing aid compatibility. I have found that the M and T ratings assigned to phones do not really mean that much in the real world as you will see in this video. This is in no way a scientific test, simply a quick look to show how the phones perform with my hearing aids. If you are purchasing a new cellular phone, I highly recommend that you try it in the store for yourself and pay close attention to the cellular carrier’s return or exchange policy. The sound for the video comes mostly through the hearing aid, so when I switch to t-coil mode, the audio drops out quite a bit since it is then only coming from the pickup microphone that is located in the foam block attached to the hearing aid.
